TUMBLING

The Tumbling classes are geared for students who want to tumble without learning bars, beam, or vault.
Our Tumbling classes incorporate many useful pieces of equipment including a 40 foot tumbling trampoline, our double mini tramp, various mats, and spring floors to help fine tune techniques.
Level 1 Beginning Tumbling
This is a beginner's class with emphasis on basic tumbling skills to include:
- Body Positions -
- Hollow

- Tight
- Arched
- Forward Roll
- Backward Roll
- Forward Straddle Rolls or Pike
- Backward Straddle Roll
- Bridge
- Bridge Kick over
- Handstand

Level 3 Advanced
In order to be in this class, students must have a standing Back Handspring.
