Hot Shots |
| |
The competitive program begins with the Hot Shots program. This program sarts with level 1 where the focus is on correct execution of gymnastics basics. Gymnast's progress through the levels by demonstrating mastery of particular skills that will prepare the for the competitive team, as outline by the USA. Progression through the initual levels is an individual task, and time spent in the levels program will depend on ability. |

Pre-Team |
| |
CEGC pre-team level encompasses those girls who have met all skill requirements of level 3, but who do not meet the minimum age requirements to compete as Level 4 or who have not refined their level 4 skills to the point that they are fully prepared to compete. Pre-Team members will practice with the competitive team and may attend certain non-sanctioned competitions as recommeded by the coaching staff. |

Level 4 - 6 Team |

The compulsory team competes at the entry levels of USAG Competition, and practice up to 9 hours/3 times per week |

Prep-Op |
| |
The prep-op team has exceeded the skills needed for Levels 6, but has not yet mastered the skills necessary for optionals. Pre-Op gymnasts practice 17 hours per week. |

All levels of USAG Competitive gymnastics are offered. Optional gymnasts practice 18 hours per week. |
